77 Central offers studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in Mercer Island, ranging from approximately 567 to 1,649 square feet.

Private yards are not available; however, select apartments feature private patios or balconies.

We offer both in-person and virtual tours. Schedule your tour online at your convenience.

Applications can be completed easily through our online leasing portal.

Applicants must provide proof of income, such as pay stubs, offer letters, tax returns, or bank statements.

Residents must demonstrate a gross monthly income of at least three times the rent.

Subleasing is not permitted at 77 Central.

Yes, renter’s insurance is required for all residents.

Lease renewals are completed conveniently through your online resident portal.

While we do not offer on-site affordable housing, we accept Section 8 and other housing assistance vouchers.

A $50 application fee and a $350 non-refundable administrative fee apply. Security deposits range from $350 up to one month’s rent, depending on approval.

We do not currently offer move-in services.

Early termination fees equal two months’ rent. Please contact the leasing office for full details.

A 20-day written notice is required prior to move-out.

Residents must submit proper notice, vacate by the specified date, and return the apartment in clean condition.

Security deposit refunds are processed within 30 days after move-out.

No, there are no utilities included in the rent

Rent can be paid online or in the leasing office via personal check or certified funds

77 Central does not charge any additional monthly fees

Garage parking is available for $165 per month

No, but there are restrictions on consecutive stay

77 Central features EV charging stations for residents with electric vehicles

77 Central is proud to be a pet-friendly apartment community. We welcome cats and dogs

There is a refundable $350 pet deposit, $350 non-refundable pet fee & $40 pet rent per month

We allow cats and dogs. Exotic animals are not allowed. Weight restriction of 65lbs. 77 Central also has the following breed restrictions: Pit Bulls, American Pit Bull/Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid, Presa Canario

We do not offer any on-site amenities for pets. We are conveniently located next to a local park with walking trails. Mercy Vet is right next door.

Large Year Round Spa Outdoor Spa for soaking those tired muscles, Spacious 24-Hour Fitness Center Roof Deck with gorgeous views of Lake Washington, local park and mountain range. Cozy up by the firepit on those evenings that are a bit chilly. Resident Lounge with a pool table, shuffle board, television and full kitchen.  Courtyard with plenty of seating for hosting a summer BBQ

All of our homes include a washer and dryer.

77 Central does not offer furnished apartment homes.

I-90 Trail is located right across Sunset Highway from 77 Central, Mercer Island Park and Ride is a 6 minute walk, Mercerdale Park is a 10 minute walk,  Mercer Island Light Rail Station access is a 3-5 minute walk

77 Central is located in the heart of downtown Mercer Island. Our residents have the best access to some of the city’s most popular shopping, dining, and outdoor destinations. Nearby attractions include Valhalla Sandwiches, Metropolitan Market, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Bottom of ULB Trail and Sushi Joa Restaurant

77 Central is served by the Mercer Island School District. Nearby schools include West Mercer Elementary, Northwood Elementary, Islander Middle School and Mercer Island High School
